Paola Orlić is the producer of the World Festival of Animated Film Animafest Zagreb, art historian and independent curator. She graduated with a degree in art history and philosophy from the Zagreb Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, and holds an MA from the College of Art, Ohio University (USA), with a focus on art and film. After returning to Croatia, she continued working as a freelancer on cultural and media projects and an associate at several prominent film festivals in Croatia. In addition to acting as the festival producer and exhibition curator at Animafest Zagreb, Paola is also an independent art curator and lecturer. She curated numerous international group and solo exhibitions and wrote, edited and published several art monographs. She is an active member of Croatian Society of Art Historians (DPUH) and the Croatian Association of Fine Arts of Applied Arts (ULUPUH). For more than a decade Paola Orlić serves as the chairman of the artistic advisory board at the Gallery Makina in Pula and collaborates with FoAM laboratory in Brussels on the long-term project called PARN (Physical and Alternate Reality Narratives). As a jury member she continually takes part at many International film festivals where she also promotes Animafest Zagreb and art of animation in general.

Rastko Ćirić, born in 1955 in Belgrade. Graduated (1979) and master's degree (1983) at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade. Full professor at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade for the subjects of Illustration and Animation and Vice-Rector of the University of Arts in Belgrade from 2015 to 2021. At the Dunav Film School (1996–2006) he founded the Department of Animation and taught the subject of Animation. Member of ULUPUDS, ASIFA, Exlibris Society Belgrade (secretary of the society 1994-2008), Art Director Club Serbia, UFAS (Association of Film Animators of Serbia). Fields of activity: applied graphics (illustration, trademarks, exlibris, comics), animation, music, graphics. He has had 51 solo exhibitions so far; he is the author of more than 300 trademarks and logos and more than 150 posters; author of 16 animated films. Author of the conceptual multimedia project The Rubber Soul Project 1 and 2. on January 2021, this project wins the Global Music Awards Gold Medal, Best of Show in the USA. Winner of more than 80 awards and recognitions for animation, graphics, music and social work. Author of several animated film retrospectives. Founder and artistic director of the Festival of European Student Animation FESA in Belgrade (from 2012 to 2017).

Ivana Kvesić (1978) is the director of Fantoche – International Animation Film Festival in Baden, Switzerland. She is the former Co-Director of the youth film festival Schweitzer Jugendfilmtage in Zurich and is part of the selection committee of the Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur and Rote Fabrik Zurich. She holds a Master in Economics from the University of Zurich, a CAS in Cultural Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Postindustrial Design from the Academy of Art and Design in Basel. She is co-opted member of SWAN (Swiss Women’s Audiovisual Network), president of the executive committee at the cinema club Xenix in Zurich and member of the foundation council Filmbulletin (film magazine Switzerland). She is also known as a curator, artist and cultural project manager.

Ivana Bošnjak (1983, Karlovac, Croatia) graduated in graphic arts from the Zagreb Academy of Fine Arts, animation from the Norwegian university in Volda, and was trained in puppet animation at the Tallinn Academy of Fine Art. She is a co-author of the graduation film Crossed Sild (2010), which screened and won awards at many international festivals. Since then, she has been professionally pursuing puppet film working on numerous other stop motion projects. In 2014 together with her partner Thomas Johnson Volda they completed their debut film Simulacra, and in 2019 their second film Imbued Life with Bonobostudio. Both films had great success, selected for many international film festivals and receiving awards. Ivana works on puppet educational TEDEd videos and lectures at workshops for children and students. Ivana and Thomas’s third film Remember how I used to ride a white horse (produced by Kreativni sindikat), made its premiere at Ottawa international animation festival 2022.

Miloš Tomić is a stubborn filmmaker of diverse, mostly short forms. Studied film directing in Belgrade and animation in Prague and Berlin. Following new ideas, multiple obsessions, he dabbles in neighboring media: collage, music, writing, littering, and interventions on objects and in space. He has been actively engaged in education for a long time: he travels and conducts workshops, taught at the Faculty of Media and Communications, started little cinema club...

Mina Cvetinović Pavkov is an associate professor and author in the field of animation and visual effects. She founded the chair and study program of Visual Effects, Animation and Game Art at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts. She has more than fifteen years of experience in the field of computer graphics. She directed three short animated films that were awarded at international festivals. She participated in the realization of over forty promotional films and projects that contain a computer-generated image (list of selected clients: Google, Dolce&Gabbana, etc.). As part of the visual effects team, she participated in the production of thirteen feature films and series (selection: (2016) "On the Milky Way" directed by Emir Kusturica; (2014) "Sunstroke" directed by Nikita Mikhalkov). In 2014, she held a workshop on the animated film "Izbanimaonica", where she and the participants realized the animated film "Seesaw", which won the award for the best animated film at the See a Paris 2015 festival, Paris, France.
